Lies. The amount of false rape allegations has steadily increased due to new advances in technology and DNA. Now that the judicial system has more advanced ways of investigating claims, some stories are either recanted or proven false.

Like many have said, you can't just expect someone to be locked up for being accused of rape with no substantial evidence. I have personally witnessed what a false claim can do to someone's life. It's no joke. This whole "she said it so it must be true" is ridiculous. Using the same logic, Luke denied it so it must be false, no?

The story started when she went to Rehab for an eating disorder and then TMZ reported this:

Nobody is even talking about putting Luke in jail, that would be a whole separate trial.

What people are outraged at is that if it is true, than the judicial system is forcing her to work with her abuser for the next six albums. It's not right for them to refute it with no substantial evidence.

Like, what catastrophic event would occur if she was freed from her contract? I don't get why they can't just let her out of her contract. They're basically just assuming she's lying to get her out of her contract. It's wrong.

This went the way I expected it too and it's a very strong indentation that she's gonna lose her case in May. Frankly speaking the moment she sued Sony she lost, she should have never put all her eggs in one basket. I think if she had only sued Luke, Sony might have been willingly to promot her even with the on going case against Luke.

Once again, you clearly have no idea what you're talking about, with regard to either the dynamics of rape or the details of this specific case. You do realize that not all rapists operate the same way, right? Not all rapists abuse as many women as possible before they're caught. Some abusers get off on having unfettered power over one specific person, in some cases over years and years. And moreover, Kesha didn't try bringing Lady Gaga or Kelly Clarkson into anything. Her lawyer and one lone Twitter stan respectively tried bringing the two up into the discussion.

Well that's the problem, she signed a contract that is tied with another person who invested in your development as an artist. And she's using an unproveable case to dismiss it. That's not going to hold in the court. She should've been smarter and just take what she's given. It's the most optimal solution right now. If Dr. Luke interferes then she could sue Sony for not ensuring their promise.

The only way out for her now without doing all of these is basicalky make Luke say he raped her. It's honestly a harder case because she made Luke's lawyers bring their A-Game.If she just kept quiet a little and her mom too. This case wouldn't be as difficult.

Anyone who is saying 'well she deserved this because she made false allegations' doesnt understand the point of this case. It was purely to enable her to not have to work with Sony and Luke because the fact of the matter here is that there obviously isnt a healthy work relationship, especially now. But yet once again we are seeing how commercial and contractial obligations are more important that moral obligations and an individuals safety, i dont understand how u can not feel for her.
