I can't at people saying she should have accepted Sony's offer! It's a fact record labels are shady and the fact Sony won't terminate the contract despite one of their producers abusing Kesha is wrong and unjust.

It's sad to say, but there's just simply no evidence that he ever raped her. You can't just shout "RAPE!" and have the guy thrown in prison without any proof (unless you have a REALLY good lawyer).

There's no reason to believe her other than because she said so. When the woman accused Bill Cosby of rape, a slew of other women came out and supported her claims since they said they had faced the same thing. Why has not a single person come out to support Ke$ha's claims, even when she tried involving Lady Gaga and Kelly Clarkson, both of whom denied any harm done in this instance? If that's not a red flag, idk what is.

I have wondered about it. But most of the times when these people come forward they always come with the reason that they want to see this man behind bars. If that was the case why you no go straight away?

Kesha was not some harmless 4 year old girl at the time that wouldn't have known this was wrong and couldn't do anything about it. If she gives us concrete proof that this happened I will gladly eat my words. Until then I'm not accusing people

I'm sure they did not spend those 60M dollars immediatly when she signed it. To me it sounds like this investment is for the whole contract (so 8 albums?). I don't buy this.

The court documents say he made or had which means he already made the investment.

Profit in music isn't that big compared to the movie industry.

I say no considering he has to train her, get license from the writers, writer camps, bands and back up singers, dancers, music videos payola , etc. We're not even accounting inflation to that.

If Sony offered her to work without Dr. Luke why didn't she agree?To me,it sounds like she just wants off a very restricting and limiting contract that doesn't allow her to profit as much as she wants.Didn't the whole story started when she accused Dr. Luke of calling her fat??Then,she wanted out of her contract and then sued for rape???
