I'm sure this mostly comes across like a bunch of self-help clichés but I assure you it's all true. I've been there, too.

i think part of the problem is that when i'm at college i'm away from my psychiatrist, and he's the only one i feel like completely understands how to fix the problems i'm having :/ but there aren't many good psychiatrists here (because the kind of treatment i need involves both one-on-one talking and medication, which most psychiatrists don't do. the only reason i found one at home is because so many people live there)
