****ING FINALLY GOT SIMS 3. My friend let me borrow his disc, so I made a virtual drive, and mounted the iso image of the game onto the drive so I never have to have the disc with me to play

That's what I usually do, since I hate using discs. I'm so clumsy with them and usually break them.
Don't know if any of your gurls have heard of Curtis Paradis on YouTube, but he makes some beautiful houses and even does requests/polls. His videos are of the whole building and design process and then he uploads them to the Community site. I'll link if interested. AND no I am not him doing self promo

I'm subscribed to him.
He really works hard in those houses.
