@ ACMs but 0/5 for the Lord was predictable. Just remember BA's floppin chart life. This ****ing genre doesn't deserve qualified songs like ATW, Treacherous and Holy Ground. Just give them light songs like SSS and 22 because Music Row worships party songs and doesn't deserve more.

I am looking forward to her performance of 22. I hope that her performance will be as good as it was today. She is unlikely to win Billboard Milestone Award imo

Luke Bryan, like Jason Aldean, caters to the young party crowd. Nashville is clearly trying to appeal to that crowd. Selling to the young party crowd is the easy way to make money, and requires neither talent nor creativity. The conventional thinking is that young people buy MORE music than older people, and the party crowd tends to buy the SAME music, which makes it easier to manufacture hits. There has also been a big trend towards the urbanization of youth culture in the past 10 years, which Nashville has been trying to keep up with by introducing rap elements into the music.
