I for one am happy that CeCe is Charles/A, because there was really only a handful of characters that it could have been, the rest were too young.

BUT, I just wish CeCe was in it more throughout the series, so that we had connected more with her character before the reveal.

yeah Marlene kind of shot herself in the foot by having her appearances be so sporadic, but there were many major clues that pointed to CeCe from the very first episode that she appeared in

Yeah the clues were almost blatantly obvious, but it's like I didn't feel she deserved the title of A, because she had no other substance to her character, she was just shady.

Side note but I'm also very surprised that the main girls forgave CeCe so quickly / didn't want her to jump because of her little sob story.

that was my favourite scene from the finale, even UPENN would be a better motive than that embarrassment Marlene came up with, yet they completely ignored it like all the other plot elements that mattered

I mean, I don't mind that CeCe was A, but I just wanted a better reason or more explanation as to why she's been torturing these girls for so many years other than "oh Mona!" or "oh for fun!" I feel like they could have at least came up with a better excuse for why CeCe did what she did. I felt like most of the energy was put to her backstory and making you feel sorry for her.

I was expecting that Cece was involved in some way in the finale like it already happened a lot of times, so it wasn't that big surprise.

Some moments before the revelation scene I had the transgender thing in my mind and I thought Sara was Charles...

The show after 140 episodes became so much complicated and messy (more than 'Lost'), so I was prepared for a not-shocking finale at all...
I liked by the way the 5 years later scene, I wasn't expecting that, I heard rumors about that but then I forgot.
Now curios to see what it's gonna happen with the next storyline.

It remains still a great show imo, it's still watchable after 6 seasons and is not easy and I never get tired or bored of it

CeCe hated the fact that the girls liked that Alison was "dead". Not a very good reason, but I guess that feeling of hatred towards the girl was actually about her guilt for "killing" Alison.

But that whole story about how she wouldn't completely hurt the girls, because they are her 'dolls'.. is a load of baloney.
