I just feel like seasons 1-4 were the best seasons. From season 5 it all just went down hill into some sloppy and half written mess.

As much as I wanted Melissa to be Black Widow, I would have loved this. Especially as the scene where they find Maya is an exact replica of how they "found" Ali.

I just cannot at Melissa not being mentioned at all. She was on the Halloween train and tried to kill Aria. She was the black swan. She was involved with pretty much everyone from the NAT club and knew Cece who mentioned her before in earlier seasons. Melissa was also meeting up with Shana when she started the lodge fire. I'm way more shocked at her not being involved than Wren. Also I thought Jenna would have played a role...but not Sara ****ing Harvey

I'm sure Melissa was supposed to be one of those two characters. She was way more shady than Wren. Why was she working with Wilden? But don't expect them to be smart enough to pull this off when A's motive ended up being 'It felt so good to finally succeed at something!!1'.

Rewatched the finale today.

Even after they revealed CeCe as A, why didn't they reveal her also as Bethany, this insane bitch who is convinced that she is Charles. That would have been such a better story tbh.

Yeah, she always knew CeCe was "A." For that matter, she always knew CeCe was Charles. Ever since season three, she's known. It's pretty beautiful how she's masterminded this whole thing.

Clearly the only one that's pressed is you boo boo. She said she was bummed by the mixed reactions but she's not making a big deal out of it. She says people are likely upset because their choice of "A" was wrong.

The only person she didn't use for two years is Wren.

Could the story be better? Yes. But the reveal wasn't terrible. It was certain things around it, like Bethany pushing Marion when they were children even though they said Bethany was admitted as a teenager. That's not CeCe's fault. Yeah my theories for CeCe were way better and made more sense than what Marlene gave us and actually connected everything, but I blame Marlene for trying to make Sara have a story in 6B for a lot of the plot holes. She could've easily made Marion die when they were teenagers and have another mishap when Charlotte was a child that resulted in her taking false medication.
