I mean it definitely deserved #1, but the reality is it's just as popular if not more than a ton of #1s and most people in the GP would be surprised if they knew it hadn't reached #1

Trouble isnt even eligible for Nicki's record!! cuz it debuted @ #3 in that debut week, then it fell of the charts, then it came back!! Nicki's record is most weeks in top 10 continuously after debuting in Top 10 itself!

the record for the most weeks in top 10 is, i think 32 weeks, by Santana's Smooth!!
