I've been strongly debating whether to just crack the game, because in all honesty it's extremely over priced here. $90.00 from my local gaming store. And $89 from Origin, but I much rather have the physical copy, simply because I've purchased all my previous Sims games, Sims 1, 2, and 3. I've never cracked The Sims before, and in all honesty although it is extremely tempting, I just don't see the point in going to all the trouble of creating fake accounts, and not being able to access the in game online store where people create Sims and share Sims, turning off your virus protector, like that doesn't sound very safe to me
I want to experience everything that is intended, the way they intended it. It does really suck that they always overprice this game. I fortunately found a place a little further away from me that is selling it for $58. I think I'm just going to purchase that on my way to work tonight. It kind of pains me, because I'm meant to be saving for a car. I mean $58 is nothing, it's just the fact that after the $58 follows all the other damn expansion packs that again, will be overpriced. Maybe then I'll consider downloading it for free, we'll see. If you have the resources to purchase it, I think just do it. You might as well just enjoy it, if it's something you really want.
