I think the OP put that up on the first post. The Beyhive Package if you want to touch her. Golden Circle/BeyOTR for the best view standing and seat, respectively.
If you mean the US: Non VIP is $45 - $305
$305 will be good floor seats and maybe the best first tier seats
$45 will be nosebleeds
Until the pre-sale starts I don't think you can check the other prices in-between, or the VIP prices yet

Like LiveLoveMusic (I think that's his name) always has the maps of the prices for every section from the floor to the nosebleeds and such, even before the presales.

It usually just depends on the venues for the detailed maps with pricing. A lot of these stadiums don't usually hold concerts like arenas do, so as much as its killing me we will have to wait until actual on sale for all of that.
