Are any areas near the runway seated?
I'm not sure about Bey, but for Madonna you have to buy a Runway package to 100% secure seats next to the Runway (maybe it's the Beystage/BeyOTR Package in this case). I've seen people scoring seats next to the runway under normal seated pricing, but that is pretty rare.
