That's scary.
And yeah if we look at this from religious side of view,it was most likely bad angel/demon. Especially if you haven't seen its face,you can't ever see their faces.
Pretty similar thing happened to me when this woman sat on me,she was choking me,and I could literally feel awful weight on my chests and legs. I could feel that my entire body,especially head was soo deep in my bed.
