the list is pretty accurate although I thought to see Rihanna higher. Bey did pretty good in Germany till 4, thats when Germany started to turn its back on her. Looking at the German charts, its not surprising tho. HipHop/RnB is not popular here unless it has a recognizable Pop nfluence or is performed by a German artist/rapper. The only successful rapper I can think of in Germany is Eminem and used to be 50 Cent.

Rihanna is a weak album seller compared to the ones in the upper portion of the list. Her songs do well, though.

She is still under certified
Unapologetic is eligible for platinum (200.000, it's sold around 250.000 there) but it's still Gold...
Loud for 2x Platinum (400.000) but it's 3x Gold (300.000)
Diamonds for 2x Platinum (800.000) but it's only certified platinum (400.000), We Found Love for platinum but is only gold, Stay isn't certified... same for FFS which are eligible for Gold...
She sold between 1,6 and 1.8 M albums and 5.7 M singles (without feats) in Germany. (UKmix estmation)
