If it weren't for Ci-Error, "Go Girl" would be a smash..

Her new album indeed needs to be full of smashes and hopefully this new management isn't ghetto trash like her last ones.

Ciara is way better singer and dancer than Janet's whispery and robotics.

SUCCESSELI?
Well, JJ connected with a broader audience. The fact that she is a Jackson gave her a boost from the start, but the way she tied it all up with a bow of talent and beauty secured her legendary status. Ciara isn't successful in pop, or at least hasn't been since 2005. Janet was largely a pop star, but she also connected with an urban audience, largely due to the fact that she's black, she can dance, and she's the sanest Jackson. She was also in Poetic Justice and made "Got 'Til it's Gone" with Q-Tip.

In her prime, Janet shat all over Ciara vocally. Dancing is another matter. Depends on what you prefer. Ciara has, obviously, a much more urban approach. I like Janet's poppy way of dancing. That's what Britney does, FYI.

Why are you getting offended? I said she has the potential, you comparing Janet's 60 Year Career to Ciara's what 5 years, is put fuel in a un-lit fire.

What? How am I offended?
I don't think she really has the potential. She's a great dancer but dancing does not a Janet Jackson make. You have to have charisma, and staying power.

Ciara's style is more diverse than her and no, ciara's voice is smoother yet LOUDER and clearer than Janet. She's more interesting on stage, too bad she's not as famous.

IDC about whose style is more diverse, whether that's true or not.
Ciara's voice is not as consistent. All you have to do to know this is true is watch Janet's live "I Get Lonely" performance on Rosie.
Interesting on stage? Sounds pretty subjective to me. You are also somebody who thinks the "Womanizer" performances are amazing. I may love Britney but I can admit that they're kind of boring.

Ciara is still up in the air, the fact that "Go Girl" got where it did with no pushing from her label shows the interest is still there. The new single + album will indeed need to be SHOVED, but hopefully everything is ready, I'm biting my nails in anxiousness to see what Johnny is gonna do with her, could it be a JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE outcome or a "Discipline"?

And I can't believe you all are trying to say Ciara >>>>>>>>>> Janet. That's just a no-no.

All you're doing is making Janet Jackson look good rather than staying relevant to the debate, sit out please...

Um, you asked me why Ciara won't really be the next Janet. I responded. Mazen, of course, felt the need to interject. I responded. You have nothing to say so you're just trying to say I'm irrelevant to the "debate?"

I have nothing to say because this is a constant with you, where Janet is right now, you should find it a complement that anyone thinks someone is still trying to be her or an upcoming her.

You say that as if I haven't acknowledged Janet's floppage. Think of me as a rep for what she used to be, because I'm disgusted with what she is today. It's not all because people aren't interested... it's because SHE isn't interested. She puts in no work and expects to sell over 200K first week. Not gonna happen.
Somebody who wants to be her is never a compliment. No matter where she is ATM, she has left an invaluable mark on the industry and people who are influenced by her are everywhere.
But I'm done with it too. I don't like arguing.
Your avatar is hilarious (both of you I guess).
