Going back to re-do the same formula is a FAIL. Only having catchy hits her whole career will lead to FAIL as well.
Ciara has the potential to become what Janet Jackson was, pre-super bowl/Jermaine Dupri. She just needs to find that amazing mix of R&B/Pop + Catchy Quality, she needs to become the other half of R&B/Pop female, Beyonce has the the voice half, Ciara needs to fill the performer/dance half.
Her new album indeed needs to be full of smashes and hopefully this new management isn't ghetto trash like her last ones.
If Ciara has like 5 catchy hits in a row she'll be popular again
