This is the first I'm hearing that. From what I've seen, fans tend to prefer (Bright) Lights and the Metascores for Lights and Halcyon are only four points apart.

I'm relatively sure it will be, because HLWILY was primarily released as a charity single in the UK. Plus, Ellie's US singles tend to be like every second or third release, because they take so long to become popular.
Eh, I like GG but Stay Awake, Under Control.. but I propbably understand their choice. GG is far more radio-friendly, just like Burn.
Her videos are so disappointing this era though (apart from Anything Could Happen) and so does GG from the looks of it.
I still stan for Halcyon AND her re-release; both have most of her best songs. Hopefully she can only get better.

I love Halcyon/HD but the sound of Lights/BL was so unique and fresh, i definitely prefer it to Halcyon
