mmh no, Beyonce and Gaga never had the impact Britney had, Britney 199-2001 had more impact that even Madonna at her debut. The media all over the world were obsessed with her, and followed her every move. Gaga comes closer than Beyonce though, but still so far from the impact Britney had.

And yet I only remember 3 or 4 girls who were trying to be like her back then. Look, she's white, she's cute, she gets the most press and she becomes the most popular, but she definitely wasn't as influential as people make her out to be. I don't know many artists who wanna be like her, other than the original 3 that came after her and... Miley Cyrus.

Post like this are the reason why nobody here takes Christina's stans seriously.

The only thing Christina has better than Britney - and therefore the only acceptable argument for Christina's fans - is a "stronger voice". However, even that works against her, cause when you keep being overshadowed by someone supposedly inferior, it clearly means you weren't born to be anything more than the runner-up.

everyone and their mom was compared to her, Mandy Moor, Xtina, Pink has a line about that in her most succesfull song, Avril Lavigne was compared to her... 1999-2003 was just her and every other white singer being cmpared to her.
