Hence why you also stated: 'but you do you ' because you associate your assumptions with the truth, amirite? Branches aren't classified as being 'wooden' unless they're chopped up and essentially no more, so your point remains 'redundant' still. Trees are givers of life (i.e. oxygen, if you wanna get all technical about it) - with my song depicting the absolute contrary of it all.
Oh and honey, I'm skilled in areas you wouldn't even dare to argue against.
Haven't you read my cryptic monologues before?
Let's not pretend.
Aren't we all just wooden branches creating our own shadows in the end?
Sorry 'bout it.

What was that? I
could critique you? Exactly. Having only the title of the song, I wasn't sure if you would use the phrase in a redundant way or not, but given your material thus far, I thought it would be helpful to point out the
potential issue there. I want nothing more than for you to one day submit a song that uses captivating original language and moves beyond redundancy and maybe this week you'll do that! You clearly don't always write logically ("the absolute contrary of it all"? Where's the noun? Did you mean the
contradiction or something?), but I'm sure your song will exceed expectations and I look forward to reading it
