No, he really doesn't tell me much because he's not the one who knows someone. Apparently he's close with one of her producers or something? He doesn't tell me much in fear of stuff getting out. He & I (along with his other "friends" within the fandom) knew about Woo Hoo ages before the snippet leaked, we were just told to shut up about it.

All I know is that RCA wants her to play it safe, make a successful comeback, etc. I'm sorry I don't know much ):

I think she's also done with recording, that luke tweet from a couple of days ago was probably him working on her music, but I think her job is done!

Exactly this. RCA and her are trying to play it safe. At this rate, she's recorded enough songs to have a full album. According to my source (please TRY to believe me on this one, I wouldn't lie about it), she was giving RCA too many non-radio friendly rock songs/ballads, and most of them got rejected. I think t least 3 of her wayne songs got rejected.

Thats why she's in the studio with Luke right now. They need to make a "safe" album. Think of it like Ke$ha's "Teenage Dream" (although I doubt she'll have as big of an era as that). They want the album full of guaranteed #1's, so they don't have to do much promo, etc.

So if you're going to blame anyone, PLEASE don't blame her. She's trying to make the perfect record for us animals, but RCA is just the worst at restricting (Look at Britney)

If the label stuff is true...any time table we were given goes out the window. as most of us know from experience with other artists, the worst thing that can happen is to have the label unhappy with your material

But we don't know that she's having label problems for certain (it does kinda make sense though...especially since Wayne made that cryptic comment about not releasing the stuff they recorded )
