Are we not sure the only reason Yeri is actually now in Red Velvet is because she finally came of age? I mean, she JUST turned 16, so maybe they originally wanted to make Red Velvet a five-member group but she was too young to be in the group officially…
SNSD needs to serve Automatic video realness with their next comeback.
The Automatic video is so good, it's the perfect mix of story x choreo, something SM failed to do with MrMr. (to be fair, the lost scenes looked great)
Time Machine was a great story video, but with zero choreo.
I'm not against the idea of adding members, but they have to contribute to the group somehow. Yeri is COMPLETELY useless. She's not particularly pretty compared to the rest of them, she can't sing at all, and she's not as good a rapper as Irene. If they're looking for a Taemin-effect, it's not gonna happen.
RV are better off without her tbh. Now that we know Irene can actually sing, albeit not super well, their line distribution this album would've been perfect without a fifth member. Instead Irene is splitting the other three's leftovers with a girl 10 years younger and less talented than her. Slay.
