The edition is still overpriced considering that's the only physical exclusive feature available alongside the physical copy of the game itself. I buy my brother plenty of special editions of games on Amazon that are cheaper with A LOT of physical goodies alongside it, yet a book suddenly warrants EA to charge £70 RRP.
If you're wondering why I'm making a big deal about this, I always buy The Sims on physical disc, but I still want the extra's alongside them (hence why I'm angry about the premium price). I'm just at the point of needing to make the decision of either waiting (whilst playing the ******* version) or just jumping at it cause I can't handle the wait.

You can buy the digital content on Origin separately

You don't have to get the Collectors edition.
At least it has the option (I bought the standard and still have the option to buy more content).
And if not, I can just ******* it later
And you get the hardcover game guide, not a paper back in The Collectors Edition. And PRIMA set the price for that, not EA.
And remember you also get the Plumbob USB as well + the Soundtrack (even though you can just take it from the game files you already bought

)
I can understand that it's expensive, but if you aren't a die-hard fan who would want a Plumbob USB and a Hardcover Books (like anyone really will read it) etc. don't get it.
Just get the Limited Edition for £38 and just either buy the DLC separately (like Animal Hats are NOT worth paying for

).
