The bolded part is the problem. What you think and what you want doesn't matter when it comes to someone else's body and happiness. You can try to justify your opinions with "well, I think she dances better when she's skinny" all you want, but you are wrong. Gaga has never been a good dancer. There are times when she does better than usual, but those times are few and far between. She dances non-stop at the artRAVE sans the piano sections and her weight isn't going to affect her ability to dance because she can't dance to begin with.
There are so many things we can criticize her for, her weight isn't one of them. And I guess that's the last thing I'll say about it. If you want to talk about it, go to SYG where you'll find plenty of people to talk about her weight with.

I really do understand and respect your point of view, I do.
I just think that it's just as logical to point out her not so great image (imo ofc) as it is to point out her lower quality music. Like, they're both integral parts of a superstar imo.
I'll ALWAYS love and defend this woman even if she goes Adele size, but that doesn't mean I'm gonna pretend I don't see that she's let herself go in EVERY aspect. She's no longer polished.

Bit sad to see people talking about her weight. Isn't that a huge part of why we love Gaga, because she defies the typical standards and expectations of the likes of Beyonce, Katy and Rih etc - looking picture perfect all the time. It's GOOD that Gaga flaunts a figure with more on her frame because of the message it sends, huge pop star, beauty, fans AND not necessarily a "pretty and slim" (even though she really is both, just not as slim) generic looking good.

Umm, no?
The only reasons I love her is because:
a) She's a loving and caring person, can't say the same about most pop stars.
b) She has an amazing voice.
c) She's (mostly, ARTPOP era excluded) a risky musical genius.
