I need a Lapras pre evolution so that it could potentially get caught early
Along with shared Miltank and Taurus pre evo, Kangaskhan pre evo(s), Skarmory pre evo, Tropius pre evo.
Baby lapras would be so cute. But no, it's too late for that imo.

Space is an argument but they could have also added nothing instead. I think it depends on how many original lines and evos also get introduced. If we get 100+ Pokemon and 4 or 5 pre evos i don't see the problem if it is as much as XY gave us than i completely get it

Tho i think generally all baby Pokemon and newly introduced pre evos should get something special like moves or something. I dunno.
Most of the time they were useless. AT least now basically all can get caught in the wild and get 2 perfect IVs 100% of the time
Lapras and Tropius dont need pre-evos. They need Megas or evolutions
Pre-evos are completely worthless and they'll probably evolve in some obscure method/item that you'll get late in the game anyway. So it's basically pointless. They just need evolutions/Megas to make useless pokemon viable.
also, I still firmly believe that the next game will have gen 6.5, with the remaining gen 6 pokemon set in the region that connects through Couriway town train station.
