Well, I've always been very active at the gym and managed to keep my figure quite fit, but now I want to bulk. I managed to gain five pounds last month, but I want to keep it up, and I feel like I hdont have enough time in the day to eat all the meals I know I should be having. @_@

Then just break up what you have to eat during the times you can. I eat two humongous meals a day, because with school that's the only way it works out.

Dankjewel. Dat lijkt op deze foto een beetje inderdaad, ik zal later een andere plaatsen. Sowieso heb ik hier net gesport en span ik ze aan, vandaar het wat grotere effect.

Nice workout split Only thing I would suggest is to have cardio on a separate day. You shouldnt be able to finish with cardio after legs. And yeah that's an old pic of me. I have posted more recent ones in this thread I think.

Shakes are great but not essentially. They are just a high protein, easy alternative to foods. Just eat something high in protein like lean meat and since you are so skinny add some carbs like sweet potato or oats.

not me just seeing this But anyway, I don't now, but I need to. It's especially bad with things like shrugs, dumbbell rows, etc (basically any exercise where the gravity is pushing down on the fingers rather than palms I guess?) For some reason it's always my left arm where the weight is slipping, which I think contributes to my left forearm feeling fatigued early :/ It was pretty annoying doing shoulders and traps today
Wait, is this for another bodybuilding competition or something? It sounds like so much work, I thought people just worked out a lot and sprayed on a tan a few minutes before. You better slay the competition tho
and Gym - 2 hours
ATRL - 22 hours

Yepp National titles after winning state titles 3 weeks ago. I fly to Sydney tomorrow for it. I'm competing for Australian Fitness and Muscle Model of the year. Today I am carb loading (yay!!!) and water depleting (boo!!!). About to go to gym for posing practice then getting more tan done tonight. Im not really happy with the colour the lady used but I am remaining positive that'll after the final touches tonight it'll be fine. And so did I man!!!! But it is so much more than that. That is a great deal of science in it, especially the last week with the carb cycling and water loading/depletion. It is very hard mentally and emotionally too. In fact many body builders commit suicide or do ****ed up **** when they are prepping for a comp. Definitely has been the most difficult thing I have done in my life tbh but I love it and I am addicted. I want to compete in Vegas next yr for Mr World, assuming I do well and get selected for the Australian team.

I am so skinny right know, i have a 66-67 cm waist. When I got onto the gym I feel so ashamed, everybody looks at the skinny guy, it's like bodybuliding.com in real life. good thing a female friend is going to enter the gym next week with me

Well I put the cardio at the end but usually I do that at first. I know this might not be the most ideal time still but I don't have an extra whole day for cardio :jonni:

Trust me, no one cares about you. Let it go. You're skinny but at least you do something about it. Everyone started from zero.

I do 10 minutes in one of this.

Just 10, cause I am skinny, and I am afraid that if I do more I will get skinnier.

Wow, well keep up the great work And bring home the national title, for ATRL
As someone with zero discipline when it comes to nutrition, you definitely don't have to tell me twice that part is hard But didn't know about the bolded, that's
Anyway, good luck with everything

Well if it's any consolation, what Weezy said is right, no one at the gym really pays attention to what other strangers are doing. I remember feeling the exact same way when I started, and now that I no longer look like "the new kid" at the gym (while still of course having a lot of work to do) and I see other guys who look like they're just starting, I realize how pointless it was worrying about it, and how little ****s I give about anyone else as long as they're not in my way

I do:
Back & Biceps on Monday.
Shoulders & abs on Tuesday.
I have a 2 day break because I have tutoring and work between them days.
Chest & Triceps on Friday.
Legs & abs on Saturday.
Since my weekly schedule is due get busier. I'll have to start doing my workouts in the morning because I'll be juggling school, tutoring, working and exercising

Ugh I hate weight training. I wish cardio would build muscle. It's so much easier

That would be great
Too be honest, the real joy out of it is knowing you worked hard for it. You dedicated yourself to a few days of the week to invest in your body to a level of extent which pleases you. That gives me the best feeling that nothing else can top. I still have a fair bit to go, but I have made excellent results within 3 months.
The fact that I got to school and I had people complimenting me made me so happy and proud

I need to go to a gym, but damn. I don't even eat enough to gain muscle. I'm too poor to eat 3,000 calories a day.

I was like this too, I NEVER ate. But as I moved into bigger weights, it seemed like my body demanded more nutrients so I started eating more.

I don't understand how people find it hard to eat a lot lol If i could I would eat 5000-7000 calories a day easily and love every single mouthful but I of course can't eat that many calories and stay lean. I just LOVE food though.
I ate a **** tonne of carbs today and only about 700 ml of water. A big difference from 10 L a day all week. SOOOOO dehydrated but it'll all be over in 21 hrs!!!!! I'm vascular as f*ck right now! YEW!!!!! Gonna go on stage about 3.5-4% body fat, just a bit less than last time.
