One thing that bothers me is people wasting time at the gym

I know it's mostly none of my business, but I always find myself side-eyeing dudes who just go there with their friends talking **** and taking up space, especially when it's a machine I need to use

I know it is good to improve grip strength but the way I say it, if training a certain body part (normally back in this case) and I don't want my forearms fatiguing before my back does. I literally use the straps 80% of my back workout lol |

 not me just seeing this

But anyway, I don't now, but I need to. It's especially bad with things like shrugs, dumbbell rows, etc (basically any exercise where the gravity is pushing down on the fingers rather than palms I guess?) For some reason it's always my left arm where the weight is slipping, which I think contributes to my left forearm feeling fatigued early :/ It was pretty annoying doing shoulders and traps today

Wait, is this for another bodybuilding competition or something? It sounds like so much work, I thought people just worked out a lot and sprayed on a tan a few minutes before. You better slay the competition tho
