Well, my ISP subscription ended on Saturday, and my mom basically was going to ask her boss for ~$60 to pay for another month of wi-fi. So her boss gives her the money, and on late Monday, we're at the Wi-Fi Center. Surely enough, it's not the money my mom forgets, or the Wi-Fi router, but rather the damn papers that state it's our account. So basically, on Friday/Saturday, we'll be there with the papers. However, if anything good happened, I did become one of the 500k people to buy 'Red' on it's first day.

The 7th track on American Life, this song is one of the few in the album that is pure acoustics. The song, which speaks of a love that seems difficult but that truly goes on, generally received positive reviews from professional critics. This song is actually one of the better ones from the album.

The 6th track on Madonna. This one just has all the qualities of a typical 80s song - themes about love, dancefloor beats, a near anthemic chorus, and even a classic sax solo. One of the most underated on her debut.

The 5th track on Bedtime Stories. Even with it's sensual tone and lyrics that seem to be about a relationship, the song is actually about Madonna's mother, who died when she was only 5. ( )
