I'm not disagreeing with you, but could you please tell me some of the huge hits they've been featured on? I genuinely want to know because I might just be oblivious and don't remember. The last time I heard of Twista was Make a Movie (with Chris Brown) and the last time I heard of Too $hort was with Wiz Khalifa for On My Level.
Twista was also on Freek-a-leek remix which was a pretty huge song itself. Like the other person said their songs were just huge hits back when. It's kind of like having Busta Rhymes on a track.

Pop/dance is the current environment. People for some reason got this notion in their head that electro is fading just because Adele hit it big with 21 and Lana Del Rey is popular but if you haven't noticed the only way Lana could even get a top 20 hit is with a tricked out edm remix. Almost every popular song on the radio right now is electro based.
I'm slayed I've hated on this woman for 5 years but I love everything I've herd I loved watching the sweat drop from her marvelous ass it was immaculate.
