Too $hort has Blow The Whistle which is a song you hear to this day not only on pop radio on occasion but at every ****ing high school party and club in general.
Twista was a major name in the mid 2000's and was featured on multiple songs with Kanye West, Jamie Foxx, and Faith Hill. He had his own hits as well that were played ad nauseum on pop radio, especially since back then hip hop dominated pop radio.
Thats why I said, unless you're still a kid right now, you should probably know who Twista and Too $hort are.
You have to really REALLY be aware of the hip-hop scene to know who Too $hort and Twista are (which, admittedly, many Monsters and pop fans aren't). They're def not known by the GP. I have a Too $hort and a Twista song on my iPod but I had to go back and make sure I was thinking of the right people.
