Imo the main reason for the downfall of ARTPOP is Gaga's "ART" shtick, which comes off as try hard to the public. All the whole "Hey look, I'm making art" can be a big turn off.

I choose to believe it tbh. A masterpiece like "Fly Like A Bird" can only come from a really tortured soul.
Yeezus is so good. On Sight and Black Skinhead are the only weak songs. The rest is flawless. Amazing that he went from being one of the worst rappers ever (as bad as Jay-Z and Fabolous) to making one great album after another.
