Tbh, if she was given an opportunity to record without Dr. Luke - as it seemed to me that it is what she always wanted - and she didn't take it, it's her lost. If she just wants a better contract and more money or something then it is unfair to bring Dr. Luke - as to me it seems that there was never no evidence of him abusing her, it were merely her word against his, correct me if I'm wrong - or anyone else (like when they tried to use Kelly Clarkson) in it. She could have released a few albums by now to fulfil her contract, if that was her priority, even if she flopped.

They offered her to record new music without Luke right? I think Kesha should have taken it.
No promo? Well, she can pay from her own money to promote it til she finally releases the 8 albums.
She could focus on one serious album, and then release a compilation hits or acustic stuff which needs no promo anyway. She would be out of contract in no time.

What do you think? An actual court needs some sort of physical evidence (medically speaking) to even prove there was a rape. They can't take someone's word on it. It's not feasible and it's not how the justice system works.

Edit: I feel bad for Kesha that it didn't go her way. However, it was pretty much expected.

the contract is for 10 STUDIO ALBUMS. Compilations and acoustic albums don't count.

Well this isn't the best case scenario, but it's better than nothing. I hope Kesha takes the opportunity to make music under Sony still, and maybe she can show Sony how she can still be successful without their support (which it seems like she doesn't have).
