This isn't just about the allegations (which there's no medical evidence of). Kesha signed a contract that she's legally obligated to fulfill. If there's no evidence to support her claims, then she still has to comply with the agreements she made with Kemosabe/Sony in 2005. Personally, I don't think Sony has any good intentions and will not spend a cent on her.

Sony can claim all they want that they're in it for the long haul but if she loses this injunction I doubt Sony will spend a cent on her ever again.

If Doctor Luke is truly making like 95% of her money even if she doesn't record with him, why would he want Sony not to promote her? Like please have some logic. She is in a very sexist industry and I'm sure he did some ****** things to her, but in my opinion it seems like she's blowing this way out of proportion and making grandiose claims that she can't back up.

Had she accepted it, she would have been shelved immediately. Had she not, Sony had evidence to show to the judge that they were interested (again, this coincides with the 'Kesha is the next Adele' statement they made).
