Young black people in those levels of living don't have the most fulfilling role models, especially in neighbourhoods with rampant, unsafe sex and drug convenience. Even Beyonce is releasing stuff like 'Yonce all on his mouth like liquor'
Just sayinggg They're not the root of the problem but they're definitely exisiting. I recently saw this chick's review of a BET rally and she was shocked at the huge reference of gang and gun violence in the performers attending.

rampant unsafe sex practices are the result of the lack of proper sex education in the underprivileged schools I'm talking about. I'm not sure what Beyoncé or any other performer have to do with the government ignoring impoverished neighborhoods, but okay.

Money should be spent on public services and such, not just handed out to individuals (essentially what a tax exemption is).

if we're talking about helping the economy, then we should be discussing raising the tax rate on the wealthy. they don't want to do that either because """why should I spend my hard earned money on people who don't 'work as hard' as I do""". I think having a tax exemption would give the black community more of a chance at a better quality of life for themselves since they'd have more money.
