It was released in Denmark, Sweden, France, New Zealand and Italy as well. Not a full out WW release though.

It wasn't, they went back through databases and media sources to conducted estimated numbers from those times. I still don't believe they were able to get enough info to get accurate sales, but to each their own.

As much as I love Lady Gaga, I get what the other people are saying about the whole "2 albums" thing. If Gaga is allowed to attach a CD of old songs to 8 new songs and call it one album, doesn't that mean that everyone else's "greatest hits" albums have, for example, 10+ top 10 singles?
