Only a smash hit by Britney that was released internationally and not to the US. It still went #1 WW without numbers from the United States.
Back on topic: Congrats to GaGa for both we nice records, but like most have said, I still consider The Fame and The Fame Monster two completely different albums. I hate that they compared it to the Bad CD by Michael because that was all done on one album with no re-releases and only 11 songs on that disc.
Make no mistakes about it, that still is a feat to be celebrated because not many have done it themselves.
they're NOT different albums, TFM is a RE-RELEASE of The Fame.
