Beyonce did not support any of the singles this era. Performing at the Brits & grammys was almost like a formality. The only performamce she put effort in was the VMAs.
I'm not going to defend the performance of the singles. Atrl has always been chart-centric n i dont expect them to make an exception for Bey.
Beyonce and her team have been in the industry long enough to know how to optimise the potentials of a single's success. They chose to act otherwise for reasons best known to them. Yall have a field day

There was no single support the entire era, she could have had a lot more success had she promoted.

7/11 for example could have went top 10 had she promoted, it could still go top 10 if she promoted, sadly she wont.

I don't get why she released singles in the first place if she wasn't going to go all in. It would have made a stronger statement if she didn't release any singles in the first place.

Yeah that's why I was confused why she even had singles post Drunk In Love if there was no point in promoting them since 'everyone bought' the album. I don't think her statement really got across that well- but we'll see if she keeps this same strategy next era I guess.

She simply did not care to promote the song enough. It got ONE performance period. 1/2 of one if you count the VMAs. And that one performance got it to the top 10 and kept it in the top 10 for several weeks. The facts is that Bey CAN get hits if she tries. She lacked the effort, therefore this era lacked the hits. It's that simple. It's nothing the Hive should feel ashamed of and it's nothing her haters/detractors/etc. should feel the need to throw around.

Her album sold more then the girls with hits so in the end, everyone wins.
