Can you please clearly outline where in feminism the homophobic ideologies you mention are? Or how they treat men worse than they already do, or how gay men don't treat straight females as pets but straight females do treat gay men as pets? First of all, when did I say ALL feminists? No, not all feminists are like this, but enough of them are to make people wary of joining the label.

Second of all, the difference is that feminism is a group that you actively choose to be a part of. It's not something you're born with, like being male.

Feminists are united by ideology, and what they believe. Men are united by nothing other than their gender.
