imo the weight of a #1 is overestimated. It only shows popularity in that SINGLE frame, it's not an indication of that song's longevity in the public consciousness. Out of the 1000+ songs to go number one, how many do we
actually remember/care about? Add into the fact that some of the songs going number one this year won't be remembered in 2019/some of the songs that don't hit the pole position will be more remembered, I'm willing to argue that
both and number one and a grammy are equally worthless
