I support the concept though. I hope she continues to make the music she wants to make. Sometimes it will be reminiscent of past material and sometimes it will go in a completely different direction. No right or wrong about that. She shouldn't be surprised that people are comparing the new music to the old hits. I think she's just frustrated b/c it's being done with a negative tone. If everyone was saying they love the new music because it reminds them of Bad Romance she probably wouldn't have a problem with it. I guess she does only live for the applause.
