Gaga will have a full weeks sale; depending on the song i can see her hitting anywhere from 400-600k
depending on the video she can go anywhere from 8-12M views from the US in a full week, maybe even more. Her AI will recieve a huge roll because of the time frame, so it will probably be anywhere from 60-100M AI
Thick will still be selling well over 250k, and 240-250M AI. its really difficult to tell but i think as long as she delivers and gets every best case scenario she can snag it (barely)
GaGa's sales will be unreal, & she'll have high airplay numbers too. Hefty streaming too.
And yet people are underestimating her She will be fighting for number one, but it's certainly not out of the question for her to get there in that debut week.
Depends. Not even 10% of 1D's first day views came from the US. Could be the same situation here.
More than 10% came from the US, but some have suggested that repeat views on the same device (which count towards the total view count) do not count as streams for the Billboard tally.
This is really the only way she can hit #1, and it's not outside the realm of possibility. I mean, she sold 509K in 3 days last time. I think the only difference is that I don't think people are as here for her as they were back then.

I think it's the same rule as with on-demand subscriptions. Multiple views/plays from the same device can only be counted every few (2? 4? 6? 8?) hours or something.

I think they count more than 1 stream a day from the same device for streaming. I mean, there's people that genuinely want to listen to a song more than once per day, and Billboard want to take that into account. I think it's just extreme numbers in a small timeframe that they don't include. I'm not sure exactly, but they must count more than 1 per day per device surely.
