That's what happens when you give a contract to everyone.
I mean, Epic and SYCO both like to sign dozens of artists but they don't seem to know how to manage them.
I mean, Melanie got an unpolished Darkchild leftover ("Don't Fail Me Now", which was redone and got better but I don't know for whatever reason not used in the video version), a dated ballad which included 10 lines from Mel and 45 from the choir doing back-ups ("Love Me Now") and possibly the cheesiest song Tricky Stewart has always written ("Long Distance"). Plus, no promo at all a part from the XF performance and a $200 budget video.
I mean, did she EVER get those 5 million dollar?
On the other hand, Astro will find a label sooner or later.

Talking about this season' acts, as far as I know Tate is going Melanie Amaro too. My only hopes are Fifth Harmony and Emblem 3, even though I'm not so sure about the latter. And as much as I want the girls to go dancey but not THAT commercial, they will be turned into a female 1D.

I totally agree. And I'm sure the "so loved" Simon is gonna give Little Mix less attention to favour Fifth Harmony. They better not mess with that.

Epic is full of flop artists. Avril is their last artist to have a WW top 10 and to sell over 1 million albums WW. Throw all your backbone into her epic.

Melanie has no potential whatsoever. Goes to show how voice is hardly the most important thing to be a successful singer, as bad as it sounds. Astro had potential, i used to hate him on the show, but i admit he has potential.

Chris Rene should have won. "Young Homie" had so much potential (#1 in New Zealand and #26 on the BB Pop Chart. Charted in Canada and Ireland too) and i'm sure with the right promo and marketing the kid could have gone far.

This speaks so bad of the show tho
