Thankfully they are upgrading their fleet Andre.
Retiring their MD-80s, replacing them with 737NGs with RNP Capability,
HUGS and various other aids to the flight crew as well as the gorgeous sky interior.
They're replacing much of their other fleet also with A320 family, and of course their new
777-300ER deliveries. In a few years most of their dated fleet will be gone.

Welcome.
I also have an interest in aviation, i've even done some flight training.
But I think that i'm going more along the lines of Aviation Law
rather than working for the airlines.
