The video really reminded me of Hung Up.
Some moves are very Madonna...
But then again Beyoncé and tons of other artists used dancing studios for their music videos as well. Maybe I was just thinking about Hung Up because it's the most iconic out of the ones I've seen.
Yes, Madonna was the first to ever feature a dance studio in her music video.
Ever.
Seriously, unless you all are twelve, you have no excuse for the mine numbingly stupid **** y'all are saying.
No one is saying that. But Hung Up is the the most recent and remarkable video with a dance studio scene, and we all know that Gaga loves to pay some tribute to Madonna so...
can you HONESTLY say that gif didn't remind you of MTN choreo though?
Yeah, I can. But you're also talking to the kid who still to this day cannot replicate anything that looks like BR choreo.
The split reminds me of the Hung up video though. But that's only because it's my 2nd favorite Madonna song and god knows how many times I've watched the video.

That's ****ing retarded. You can't accuse someone of "copying" something that the supposed "original" artist didn't invent, and especially when that particular style of scene has been around and popular since the 80s.
Sorry, but all this is proving to me is that my fellow Madonna stans are insecure as **** and spend every waking moment rubbing their micropenises over Lady GaGa, shooting their pathetically small loads once they see something they can use to accuse her of "copying" again.

See, this is what I don't understand: Madonna is a part of Lady Gaga. We get it, Gaga -- Madonna is a huge inspiration to you and you look up to her and you want to tribute her. But damn, when you see the "signs" of a "Madonna tribute" in one of her videos, then don't expect it NOT to be compared to Madonna. Her lil monsters should expect comparisons by now, especially when the imagery is blatant, as it is with this "Marry The Night" preview. There's nothing wrong with the preview, but clearly, Madonna comes to mind... and that's fine, but accept that and just expect the comparisons. To avoid this, Lady Gaga should create a fresher non-80's, non-90's, non-Madonna type of sound and image in the future. It's a very simple solution.
And that's all there is to it. Until we meet again, my dear little monsters.
Sorry, but all this is proving to me is that my fellow Madonna and Britney stans are pressed, desperate and insecure as **** and spend every waking moment rubbing their micropenises over Lady GaGa, shooting their pathetically small loads once they see something they can use to accuse her of "copying" again.
...Are you really trying to imply that Madonna's outfit in that video is original in any way, shape, or form?
NO, but it's the most recent. And I'm sorry but it's way too similar to what the girl was wearing in Hung up, if you want to claim me as retarded, go ahead but my feelings wont change.
Hung Up isn't the first thing that pops up in my head. It reminds me of this video above. And please do not report me for nothing like you guys are doing to many members in this thread who don't deserve reports at all.

...Vin
Except the scene has infinitely more in common with Fame and Flashdance than it does with Madonna's video.
In fact, the ONLY similarity it has with Madonna's video is that it is in a dance studio...and it's not even in the same kind of dance studio.
This is like saying Britney Spears copied Madonna's video for Music because she was in a car at one point.
To anyone actually educated in pop culture/the music industry/the music video industry at all, you look like a ****ing dumbass for trying to make this seem like a valid comparison.

But no one is saying she copied Madonna, look at the thread tittle: "inspired". While it's true that Madonna didn't invented the studio dance scene, Hung Up's dance studio is iconic, and the MTN one is really similar. It's doesn't really remember anything else but HU.

You need to help me out here, I don't see which two outfits you're comparing at all.
