On top of that they major press release didn't showcase what you can do with the service as a consumer, they didn't release a major exclusive, they didn't clarify the different price plans, they made it all about how they want to make more money.
I'm giving them 8 more days. They need to go back to the drawing board. It's never too late for them to turn around. They HAVE to learn from their mistakes.
