I can also honestly say that, having seen most female pop acts live - from Beyonce to Britney to Gaga to Madonna to Kylie to Selena Gomez to Jessie J to Dolly Parton to Girls Aloud to Kelly Clarkson to P!nk - Katy attracted the youngest audience of them all, rivaling only Selena Gomez. There were SO many 'tweens' and young teenagers everywhere, alongside parents, it was ridiculous and it was no surprise loads left before "Firework" so they could be up for school, which was quite sad really.

This sig is so embarrassing. I went to a show and there were a LOT more fully grown adults and older teenagers/young adults there (without children) than there were kids (who were probably 5-10% of the whole audience). Monsters do the most to try and discredit Katy

More kids at a Katy show than a Madonna or Dolly Parton show? THAT'S WONKY! A kid's ticket costs the same as an adult, so Katy earns her money nonetheless. My California Dreams Tour was not overwhelmed by children.
