This was/is my diet during comp prep. I'll increase the calories next week after my comp and do a reverse cut (slowly increase calories until my body adjusts and metabolism stabilises.
Meal 1 - breakie smoothie with protein powder, stevia, peanut butter powder, frozen berries, cup egg whites
Meal 2 - 150 g meat with salad
Meal 3 - 200 g meat with veg
Meal 4 (pre-workout) - 150 g meat with 150 g sweet potato
Meal 5 (post workout) - 1 cup oats, protein powder, maple syrup and stevia
Meal 6 - 200 g meat and veg
Meal 7 - low cal jelly or another shake
I workout every day, sometimes twice I love training though, best part of the day. Weights for only 3 years now
