I have a physical coming up soon, and when my doctor reads my blood pressure level

It's always been great, but recently I've been substituting my empty calorie snacks with snacks higher in protein, one of which being beef jerky (which I am addicted to). Pretty sure I've been exceeding the DV of sodium by double this past week
edit: Overall I'm pretty fortunate in that my eating habits have ALWAYS been snacking throughout the day rather than eating big meals, so some lean meats once in a while, jerky, sweetened peanuts, pistachios, muscle milk about once a day + about 50g of protein in a shake keeps me with all the protein I need for muscle building, and my metabolism active. I've also always hated soda and juice, I just drink a lot of water when not taking a shake of some sort. Just need to cut down on that sodium before I CROAK at 20
