It would be unfair and tacky, if she'd decide no to thank Woody (after SAGs and GGs, where she praised him).
And you don't know if he's guilty or not. I don't think movie industry will turn their backs on Woody, also.
He's a legend and I'd guess every actor would still say yes if he called. I mean, he directed 18 performances to Oscar nominations.
About the case I'll refrain from talking about it at lenght but think he's guilty.
