I hope not. Regardless of his public life (and I think he's guilty and should pay for his crimes), Woody wrote an all time great role for her. Public and professional lives should be separated even though they never are.
Dianne Wiest, Mira Sorvino and Penelope Cruz all won Oscars after the incident and it was never a problem. Cate shouldn't have been dragged into this but she's playing her cards right.
Let's see what happens at the BAFTAs next week.
