Ramsay will just end up being another notch on Sansa's belt and she has more reason than anyone to kill Roose and Ramsay, she might not do it one on one but she can give the order or send someone. Littlefinger always told her to keep her hands clean but with these two, no one will care.
If they do go and hunt Sansa down (which is most likely), they'll want her alive at all costs, they need her to hold the North. If by chance he does catch her he might mutilate her and keep a better eye out on her, but I doubt that will happen. The Boltons already had their moment of glory, we have another villain coming in (Euron Greyjoy), they can be disposed of.
Most likely Ramsay will kill Roose or vice versa, then the one that's standing will be overtaken by the Northern houses and/or the Vale army.
I know he will since it's the nature of the show and that storyline can only go on for so long, but still.
