The Northern Lords and maybe Sansa will kill the Boltons and The Freys most likely.
Based on casting they're really looking for a lot of Northern Houses, most likely House Umber.

Housemaid: She’s the motherly nanny (with a tight whip) to a large household.
The show wants an actress between the ages of 45-65 with a Northern English Accent. She’ll be in 2 episodes.
Father: He’s tough and old, an alpha male patriarch. The show is looking for a man with a Northern English Accent. He appears in one episode and has 2 lines.

The Hunter will most likely be the guy who goes after Sansa and Theon,
They will bump into House Umber since that's what Theon and Jeyne did in the books.
This is when having the real Sansa Stark in place of Jeyne Poole pretending to be Arya will come in handy. Plus didn't they renew seasons 5 and 6 together? Sansa's expanded and shifted role make sense now.
We will also see Theon's Uncle (Euron), Sam's Dad (Bannermen to the Tyrells), and the guy who played Lord Royce from the Vale next season.
Not that I'm still bitter about that or anything.
